Crabtree Falls lies near Milepost 339 on the Blue Ridge Parkway on the North Carolina section. This area was once called Crabtree Meadows before they changed the name to Crabtree Falls to gain more exposure. Unfortunately this spring 2013 they decided to close the campground and camp store because of Federal budget cuts..
